Who I am
I am Brazilian. I was born and raised in the city and countryside in the same time in South Brazil. People from this region are Gauchos. I am a Gaucha that in 2000 moved to the metropolis and global city located in southeastern Brazil, Sao Paulo city. São Paulo is a cosmopolitan, melting pot city, home to the largest Italian, Arab and Japanese diasporas. Since then, I work and live in this city most of the time. Brazil is a country of charm, color, diversity and variable dummy. Because of a mixture of one or more races, white, black, Indian, Asian, etc, the Brazilian women has a wide variation in body shape even eithin sizes and to make things worse, everyone has some of disproportion that you probably never even knew existed. The complex curvaceous shape that Brazilian women naturally have makes it harder for women to fit into ready-to-wear.
Perhaps it is the great mistake of Brazilian women when trying to get dressed following a unique pattern of clothing designed for a single European biotype for example. I always liked to choose what I wear, over time I improved myself in my choices to always know what I sholud wear.
Well, I had the oportunity to travel and live in different cities in the world, whether because of my work or a course in my professional area. I lived in Chile, Australia and France. I had been visited Japan, USA, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Mexico, Greece, Turkey, Bolivia, Uruguai, Paraguai and Argentina. In my contry I traveled and moved a couple of times. All this experience as "citizen" of the world, made me keep up with fashion day by day from different cultures and standards of beauty. Have contact with different patterns of garments, with cuts, colors, different tissues from each country always was fascinating to me. My wardrobe is one part of "globalization", and many of these clothes can be wearing very well different kind of women.
