Coffe!!!! Flavor!!! Smell and nhami!!!! Lovely feeling to savor a delicious coffee...
I am passionate about coffee. Ever experienced in different parts of the world, different grains, flavors and preparations. I decided to start posting about the local tastings wherever I plan to go back ... and this experience was interesting and happens. In one of my visit at San Francico I was walking in the streets and hit that urge to drink a coffee, so I decided to find a Starbucks house, which can be found in any corner depending on the city of USA. However it was not as easy as I thought. Ok, I decided to ask for information about a good coffee house in SF to a passer-by. I love these kind of moment where I have opportunity to start a contact with a local citizens, and alway during my approaches I have obtaining valuable and often unexpected information. How was the case of this caffe.
At the same time was a funny situation ... The guy that gave the information was with me all the time until I arriving in the caffe, but he was in the other side of the street making gestures to describe the right direction of the "the best coffee in San Francisco." He followed me for a couple of blocks (always on the oposite side of me) and watched me until I enter the right place He wanted to make sure that I understood his explanation. I confess that before arrive in this place I was very disappointed to not be the right place (Starbucks) to drink my coffee......but at the same time I was grateful for his attention and hospitality to help me. What I can say about this experience? YUM YUM YUM!!!! I was in the sensations coffee world, Philz Coffe - - Golden Gate, San Francisco - Since 2003 - considered the best coffee of SF.
I had a great and pleasant surprise from the moment I entered in the Philz coffe.
Eat and drink !!! Is there anything better than the experience of the flavors, feel the smells, enjoying with the eyes the diversity of cuisine around the world? Well I love it !!!! These two little words, can reunite the families, friends, or even foreigners from different part of the world in a cafe, bar, or even at home .... When we travel we CAN'T BE OUT of the rituals of each place, our best senses become sharp and OPEN to discover new smells, tastes and why not a new vision of the things, and no doubt that big surprises can happen, you can make new friends, and most of the time it is always around a table, also can happen on the street....Here I will describe my impressions flavors and even the habits of the places where I have been in different countries and cities....
....and of course I will talk a lot about COFFEE AND WINE. I'm no expert, but I'm a curious and passionate on these two topics. In my travels when I have opportunity I try to ask for the experts to explain me about the subject. So I am learning and collecting delicious and unforgettable information about "A GOOD TABLE", one of the largest "PLEASURES OF LIFE"!

This is a pretty cool place, like everything else in San Francisco. Begins with the decoration and organization of the place, the customer comes face to face with the MENU written in white capital letters on school blackboard. Many options of coffe make it a difficult to make a choose. It depends on your personal taste.
I opted for the selection of the strongest 'Dark Roast Blends', the Tentalizing Turkish: Bold / Spicy / Tangy / Punchy, which is a traditional Turkish drink with special touch of cardamom, and a rich blend of dark grains that can be finalized with a mint leaf if you order for the barist. It is a unique experience of sensations that transports us to the Middle East cotumes. Also I experienced in my second time there, the Mocha tesora: is a mix of citrus, cocoa and honey.
You can chose a seat and use the wifi connection, or enjoy the moment drinking a coffe with friends. It is a kind of place of local citizens, as students, businessmen to discuss business, couples, groups of friends, or even someone alone with his headset and enjoy a coffee, also is possible to see the cop who goes there to take with coffee and 'donuts'. And of course a wide range of SF citizen that remodeling a fashion world, specially dictating fashion "grunge".

Phil Jaber spent 25 years testing different grains around the world with an idea in mind, try to find the perfect "blend". He created more than 30 blends and every day he is closely monitoring all process and preparation.
