Outono - Passeio na serra / Autumn - Walking in the mountains

Eu adoro a serra, como uma boa e legítima Gaúcha. Eu tive a oportunidade de passar uns dias no hotel fazenda chamado "Serra Bonita", que fica no meio da Serra da Mantiqueira, localizado em Delfim Moreira, Sul de Minas. O lugar é de tirar o fôlego.

I love the mountains, as a good and legitimate "Gaúcha" (Gaucho is an equivalent of the North American, "cowboy". In my case, I was born and grow up in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in the South American pampas). I had the opportunity to spend a few days in the farm hotel and Spa called "Serra Bonita" or "Beautiful Mountain", which is in the middle of the Serra da Mantiqueira, a mountain range situated in Delfim Moreira, south of Minas Gerais state, that is the one of the 26 states of Brazil, and is located in the north of the southeastern subdivision of the country. The place is breathtaking.

O outono já se anuncia em algumas regiões do Brasil, e nada melhor do que passar uns dias na serra, aproveitar o frisionho, beber um vinho acompanhado de diferentes pratos quentes. Eu não vou entrar em detalhes aqui sobre o lugar, porque estarei postando no link viagens que em breve fará parte do site e blog.

Para um passeio em regiões de serra e campo o melhor é usar roupas confortáveis, nada de salto alto!!!! E isto server para parques, locais abertos. Sapato fechado é o mais recomendado, mesmo um tênis, o melhor é se for adaptado para caminhar em terrenos acidentados, aqueles de "tracking" e se possível que seja a prova d'água.

Salto alto além de não ser elegante, atrapalha a viagem!!! É um peso desnecessário na mala.

For a walk in mountain and field regions is important to wear a confortable clothe and shoes!!! It is forbidden wearing high heels!!!!

Botas de couro (confortáveis) é uma boa opção para se usar em uma fazenda, e se possível aquela em que já esteja acostumada a usar. Usar sapato novo em um local como este causará muitos transtornos para quem estiver usando. Ou seja, viajar significa ANDAR MUITO!!! E é o primeiro passo a se considerar em uma viagem. Levar o sapato mais confortável que possua, para sair por ai e poder aproveitar o lugar que estiver visitando.

Leather boots (comfortable) is a good choice for use on a farm, and if possible the one that is already used to wearing. Wear new shoes in a place like this will cause inconvenience to many who are using. Travel means WALK A LOT!!!! And it is the first step to consider on a trip: take the most comfortable shoes you have, and so you can go around and you be able to enjoy the place you are visiting.

Eu adoro esta bota, é da AIGLE totalmente de couro macio, SEM SALTO. Já tenho a alguns anos, passo um produto no couro para ipermeabilizar na chuva. Optei por usar um casaquinho estilo bolero e paletó, com mangas 6/8, na cor azul marinho. Comprei na França, em Grenoble. Claro que com forro e totalmente em lã crua. Para locais frios, pelo menos no Brasil, um casaquinho como este pode ser usado durante o outono, mas o forro é essencial, ainda mais se for de lã, caso estiver soprando um vento e o casaco não tiver forro, a sensação de frio é grande.

I choose to wear a 3/4 sleeves jacket (blue color) that I bought in Grenoble, France. It can help you in the mountain places during the fall and winter of Brazil.

Para se proteger e aquecer bem o corpo, uma Écharpe em Cachemire (adquiri em Estambul) no tom marrom foi jogada neste look.

To complete the look I played a brown cashmere scarf (acquired in Istanbul) that also can keep you warm.

Um cinto largo pode ser usado. Detalhe, se a pessoa tiver muita CADEIRA avantajada (uma circuferência avantajada) NÃO DEVE USAR o cinto largo nesta região do corpo, pois irá aumentar ou salientar esta área do corpo mais do que as outras. A escolha das cores e padrões também devem ser escolhidos com cuidado, muitos detalhes e clores claras podem ser um desastre na combinação do look, pois irá ampliar ou destacar mais ainda o corpo.

Dark colored wide belts (however if you are very full and heavy around the waist, a wide belt made out of stretch material is recommended). You can experiment with various textures and details, but be careful with their placement on your body frame. Compared to solid colors - patterns and texture with a dark base are great for camouflaging. Keep your waist free from details that widen and highlight (eg. light colors, horizontal details, etc.)

Um óculos de sol também deve ser usado. Em lugares não só como praia, mas serra, montanhas situam-se geograficamente numa zona de alta incidência de raios ultravioleta. É claro não esqueça do protetor solar e de se expor ao sol nos horários corretos durante o dia. Evitar a exposição solar das 10 às 16h (quando ele é mais forte), principalmente ao meio-dia.

The large belt is great if you want to create curves or accentuate your hips. You might want to choose a wide belt in soft, stretchy material - either loosely or snugly. This will give you extra curves without sacrificing comfort.
